Networking Pick of the Week – Uncle Jay’s Networking with Cats
This is an unusual networking event…Uncle Jay’s Traveling Breakfast Network will meet on Friday, December 6th at 8am at the Community Cat Center (CCC), 39 Putnam Pike in Johnston.
The CCC may be a new facility, but they’ve had a long and rich history in the world of feline rescue. Before the CCC, PawsWatch was making its mark in the humane reduction of feral, stray, and abandoned free-roaming cats since 1997. Over the past twenty-two years, volunteers provided veterinary care to more than 25,000 cats, helping thousands of people of every economic and cultural background address the suffering of homeless cats in their neighborhood.
Network with other business professionals, grab some coffee and breakfast goodies and pet a few cats. (Very relaxing!) The group meets at 8am and at 9am there will be announcements and door prizes. Admission is $5. Bring plenty of business cards, bring a friend, bring a positive attitude.
