This week his guest is Matt Weldon, Acting Director of the RI Department of Labor and Training.

Weldon and Paolino talk about the status of employment in Rhode Island, nationally and internationally. What is the future like? The Hospitality industry has been very hard hit – why has this been a slow-to-return career path for many? Wages increasing in other industries and lifestyle issues make the employee in the driver’s seat going forward.
