This past Monday I turned 59. To put that into prospective my dad died at 48 !

And I’ve got a message for every man (and woman) over 50 reading this: It’s not too late. You’re not too old. You’re not too broken. As well I heard this as well ” I’ll reach out to you when I get in better shape.” Huh? really ?

How much more fat? We’ve measured 475 calories in 17 minutes and over 1,200 calories in a 60-minute session. And that’s not even counting the afterburn effect (EPOC)—which means your body keeps burning calories long after the workout ends, even while you sleep.
