A day of slow drying after the deluge, with cloud cover hanging around and loitering, frankly, into the evening. Morning lows in the upper 30’s rise to the low 50’s with a gusty northerly breeze.
It’s a “C” day!

Jack Donnelly was born in Hialeah, Florida and moved back to Rhode Island and settled in Johnston, where he grew up until graduating from Lyndon State College.
