Your RI Weather Today, Sept. 17, 2021 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
A quasi-tropical low (I know, right? Quasi? ) lurking off the Hatteras shore roams slowly northward, picking up and transporting low level tropical moisture our way, fueling mist and drizzle through a good portion of the morning. We’ll have another low range temperature day, lows in the mid 60’s and highs in the low 70’s under ubiquitous cloud cover and light northeasterly breezes.
