Your RI Weather Today – March 29, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Frontal passage occurs during the day after showers end before sunrise. Strong westerly winds gusting to 45 mph will shift to northwesterly after the cold front passes, and dew points begin dropping as afternoon high temperatures only reach to about 50 with evening lows around 40. Plenty of sunshine through the day, which will help the below normal highs more tolerable.
