Cloud cover becomes entrenched over southern New England, with perhaps some breaks in the overcast long enough to get periodic glimpses of the sun.

Morning lows in the mid 50’s rise only to the upper 60’s with a light northeasterly breeze.

Good day to let Dad sit and watch the US Open all afternoon.
