Your RI Weather Today – July 6, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
One dying front heads out to sea and another will follow the path later in the day with some showers and embedded thunderstorms inland, likely dying out somewhat before they reach the bay and surrounding areas. We could still get some drops out of it in the 6-8 pm time frame. Southerly flow will draw in low level moisture, so a warm and humid day under partly to mostly cloudy skies. Afternoon high reaches into the upper 80’s from morning lows in the upper 60’s.
