Winter Wellness event Sunday at Urban Greens Co-Op
Learn how to support your immune system with acupuncture, herbs, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, nutrition and more. Talks, demos, food, Q & A, raffle will be held Sunday from 3 to 6pm at the Urban Greens Co-Op on Cranston Street in Providence.
Information on supporting your immune system through the cold weather in the traditions of Traditional Chinese Medicine, will include acupuncture, herbs, nutrition, bodywork, Qi Gong, Tai Chi & more. The event will be held in the outdoor community space (under the tent) near the entrance to the store.
Masks will be required for all attendees and presenters. We encourage all participants to be fully vaccinated.

Free Winter Wellness Workshop with Willow Tree Wellness and the West Side Tai Chi Club. Andrew and Marcus, event speakers will talk about great ways to stay healthy and support your immune systems through the fall and winter seasons. They’ll prepare some warming bone broth, good for the cold weather to “get you through without chills”.
Andrew Payne is a licensed acupuncturist and TCM practitioner who established Willow Tree Wellness in the West End in early 2020. Marcus Gardner offers one-on-one medical Qi Gong sessions to treat specific health conditions. He teaches Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and meditation.
