Vaccination Clinic Saturday for RI’s BIPOC community – what you need to do NOW…

Dear readers,

Last weekend, almost 2,700 Rhode Islanders of color received their vaccine at The Dunk in Providence. What a wonderful event it was – if you got your vaccination, know how special it is to protect yourself, and your family, friends and co-workers.

If you missed the opportunity, there will be another vaccination event happening THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 17th.

BUT! You need to sign up.

Here is a note from our “Speak-Up” feature writer, Ann Clanton, with everything you need to know to participate – and invite others:

“I am working in partnership with the Rhode Island Department of Health and Bethel AME Church to sign up the BIPOC community to receive the COVID Vaccine shot.  If you are 16 years old and older you may receive the Vaccination THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 17th.
