About the Narragansett Council: The mission of Narragansett Council Scouting America is to serve others by helping to instill values in young people and, in other ways, prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime in achieving their full potential. The Narragansett Council’s research-backed, youth development programs are for boys and girls ages 6 to 20 through Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing, Sea Scouts, Exploring and Community Scouting. The council serves over 6,000 youth annually in Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts, and Pawcatuck, Connecticut. I am in Portsmouth, I have a box of food on the railing of my porch, haven’t seen anyone come by yet?
Did you get a doorhanger last week? If you did then they will be by – if not, call the number in the article or go on scoutingforfood.org for a location near you –
I forgot to put the bag of groceries for scouts. Is it too late at 8:13 am to set it at my front door?
thank you
No – they say by 9am – so, go forth!
I am donating canned food at my home located a 3 White Ave, Riverside, RI.
The goods are boxed and near the road in front of my home.
Please let me know if there is a problem.
Ben, did you get a yellow door hanger last week? If not you may want to call them as those are the homes that the Scouts will be visiting, but there are ways to make the donation – thank you!
