By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A second in a string of weak low pressure systems rolls through with light rain ending before sunrise, northerly breeze and weak high pressure filling in behind the low pressure passage. Temps will creep to the low 40’s during early afternoon, and then sink to the low 30’s by late evening with partial thinning of the cloud cover.
