RI Weather Today, Tuesday 11/19/19
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
The slow-moving low will have finally moved northeast of the area with an upper low hanging behind and kicking up some more rain and snow showers mainly over central New England.
We’ll have to deal with some more cool morning mist and drizzle until about noon, when cloud cover may try to break for a few minutes before closing up again later in the afternoon. A misty repeat for evening and overnight as the cool moist pattern continues. Morning lows in the upper 30’s and afternoon highs in the mid 40’s with light northerly breezes through the day.
