RI Weather Today, Tuesday 10/29/19:
Repeat!
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A near repeat of Monday with southeast flow around high pressure east of New England off the ocean encouraging low to mid-level cloud cover to stick around for another day. Temps in a normal but tight range, lows in the upper 40’s and highs in the upper 50’s. Winds out of the southeast 5 to 10 mph. There may be some drizzle or even a few light raindrops later in the afternoon as a couple of weak higher level impulses of energy creep through.
