RI Weather Today, Tuesday 1/14/20:
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Still cloudy ahead of a low pressure system swinging through the Great Lakes and Midwest. Some light rain outrunning the associated warm front will move through the area later in the afternoon and early evening, and with the warmer daytime temps, we should get some of that rainy “scent”. Highs in the mid 40’s up from an early low right around the freezing mark, and with high relative morning humidity, get the scrapers out before you hit the roads! Winds will keep under control for another day, less than 10 mph out of the southeast.
Not the worst of days.
