RI Weather Today – Tues, 10/28/2019

By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist

Our low pressure system is out of town but will still affect the weather over Rhode Island. Light northeast breezes will keep low level moisture from the Atlantic in place with low clouds sticking around through the bulk of the day. Temps will be near normal range with upper 50’s for highs and around 50 for a morning low. Later in the evening with the still relatively moist air in place, mist and patchy fog could pose some travel hazards for late night drivers.
