RI Weather Today, Thursday 5/14/20
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure passing to our south feed southwesterly breezes through our area, with some warmer air being dragged along, so we’ll have warmer highs in the afternoon, upper 60’s for the most part from a low in the low 40’s. A low pressure system developing well to our west will continue advancing east, and we’ll see high clouds in the afternoon thicken and eventually produce some light rain later in the evening, right around the midnight hour.
