RI Weather Today – Thurs, Dec. 3, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A clear but cool start to the day, freezing low temperatures in the low 30’s rising to around 50 in the afternoon under a mostly clear sky. High cloud cover moves in ahead of a frontal system dropping down from central Canada, but this will not adversely affect us until later on Friday.
