RI Weather Today, June 29, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Low pressure sits and spins for a while giving us a drizzly morning with some light rain in the midday and afternoon hours. Not a lot of steering flow in the upper levels of the atmosphere to move the low pressure along, so we’ll have to deal with it for a couple of days. Morning lows dip to the upper 60’s and afternoon highs will be limited to the mid 70’s with dewpoints in the mid 60’s, so it’ll be a muggy Monday in addition to the light rain.
