Saturday 11/25/23:
High pressure dead above, but anchoring down a cool airmass over southern New England for a day. Lows in the low to mid 20’s rising only to around 40. Nearly calm winds will keep the wind chill affect low, and the sunshine will help.

The clear morning sky will give way to increasing cloud cover ahead of an advancing low pressure system that will eventually bring the rain, beginning during the early evening. A southerly breeze draws in slightly warmer air, with evening highs in the mid 40’s after morning lows in the mid 20’s.
It’s a “B-” day!

John Donnelly was born in Hialeah, Florida and moved back to Rhode Island and settled in Johnston, where he grew up until graduating from Lyndon State College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology. As a child John always wanted to know how air moved, and he ran towards, not away from, thunder and lighting and various other ominous weather phenomena.
