Rhode Island Weather for September 29, 2023 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
Low pressure works it’s way up along the east coast and offshore, with rain ahead of the system moving into southern New England during most of the day. Morning lows in the low 50’s and afternoon highs only in the upper 50’s with a light northeasterly breeze.
It’s a “D” day!
