Rhode Island Weather for March 21, 2026
Morning: Mostly cloudy to overcast early, gradually improving to partly cloudy by late morning. Any lingering very light drizzle or mist from overnight clears quickly after dawn — precipitation chance drops to near 0–10% for most of the morning. Temperatures starting in the low-mid 40s °F rising to upper 40s by noon. Chilly and damp at first, but dry for outdoor starts.
Afternoon: Partly cloudy with good breaks of sun — the best part of the day. Skies trend toward partly sunny in many areas. No rain expected during peak daylight hours. Milder and more pleasant than typical March; decent for light outdoor activities if you layer up.
Evening: Clouds increase again late afternoon/evening, becoming mostly cloudy. Dry through the evening — no precip chance until potentially very late night/early Sunday.Cooling off quickly after sunset; cozy indoors weather.
This is a “B-” Day!
