Rhode Island Weather for July 23, 2025 – Jack Donnelly

High pressure drifts to the east of the forecast area which will help shift winds to southerly and given the upper level characteristics, will be gusty from time to time today.
Fair weather cumulus and mid to high level ice-crystal cirrus clouds will come and go through the day, but again, no precip is expected.
Brisk morning lows in the low 60’s followed by afternoon highs in the low 80’s with southerly winds gusting to 25 mph.
It’s an “A” day!

Jack Donnelly was born in Hialeah, Florida and moved back to Rhode Island and settled in Johnston, where he grew up until graduating from Lyndon State.
