Yesterday, the new soccer team in Pawtucket announced their name, colors and crest as symbols of state pride and shared love of the game. Rhode Island FC.
Soccer is known all around the world by recognizable names – soccer, fútbol, futebol, calcio, bóng đá, or football…”the world’s game”.
In describing the graphic treatment, the Rhode Island FC crest “is bold, unique and iconic to the people and place that represent a small but proud state. All of this is a direct result from listening to the community on what they wanted in this club and our crest. Rhode Island FC is a team for every Rhode Islander.”
They shared more about the club’s identity and purpose on their website, social channels and in person tonight at an event held at The Guild (learn more and RSVP).

Ticket deposits will go on sale TODAY – 10am – TICKETS!
- Deposits are $24 each (to represent 2024 season) and nonrefundable
- A max of (10) ten deposits per person.
- Season Ticket Holders will receive a variety of benefits, including seat(s) for the 2024 Inaugural Season Opening Night, exclusive events and a commemorative scarf (see details in FAQs).
