Pawtucket Promotes: community fun at Palagis Ice Cream, 7/16
Pawtucket Promotes Highlights Summer Community Fun at Palagis Ice Cream
The Pawtucket Promotes Series’ goal is to highlight businesses and industries that are active in the community, and with the series currently on a break following four great events since March, Pawtucket Promotes would like to highlight the community activities happening at Palagis Ice Cream.
Since the start of the month, every Thursday evening at Palagis Ice Cream Shack there has been free live entertainment for residents and families along with movies for the children. There will be a showing of Disney’s Encanto at 8:15pm this Saturday, July 16th.
“We love to see our businesses giving back to the community and really creating an experience for the residents,” said Mayor Donald R. Grebien. “The goal of Pawtucket Promotes is not only to help businesses build and answer any questions they may have, but also to highlight the important things that those businesses are doing in our community.”

“Pawtucket Promotes is happy to support Palagis Ice Cream in their community activities,” said Commerce Director Sandra Cano. “I hope everyone is able to stop by and enjoy this great atmosphere they have created along with their iconic frozen treats. Alex and the Palagis team have always been so involved with our residents with various initiatives including free lemonade after school during the school year for kids on Wednesdays and now these great evening entertainment options.”
Palagis Ice Cream is located at 55 Bacon Street, Pawtucket. Events run on Thursday evenings during the month of July and Saturday, July 16th for the movie starting at 8:15pm.
