Morning: Starts with rain likely (mainly before 11 a.m.), patchy fog, and temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s under cloudy skies with northeast winds around 10-15 mph.

Afternoon: Sees the rain tapering off, leaving mostly cloudy conditions with lingering patchy fog possible and highs only reaching near 41°F.
Evening: Remains cloudy with patchy fog after 5 p.m. and a slight chance of a lingering shower early on, with temperatures dropping toward the mid-to-upper 30s.
