Operation Stand Down is in need of your support for our veterans
Operation Stand Down Rhode Island is in need of donations for its food pantry.
Needed items include: cereal, juice, canned meat, soup, canned fruit, oatmeal, rice, applesauce, raisins, jelly, canned or instant potatoes, macaroni and cheese, snack items, instant noodles, tomato sauce, pasta, pasta sauce, peanut butter, gravy, stuffing, bread mixes, cranberry sauce, pickles, olives, box dinner.
Donations can be dropped off Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Operation Stand Down, 1010 Hartford Ave., Johnston. If you are dropping off a donation, call 401-383-4730 and a staff member will meet you outside.

Johnston community leaders, in particular, the Johnston Poice Department, has been and continues to show it strong support.
