Each week Joe Paolino Jr. interviews leaders in Rhode Island – in politics, nonprofits, and corporate world. This week he talks with Chris Marsella who has developed much of downtown Providence – such as the Citizens Bank building, and the upcoming train station. He is also President of the Providence Foundation.
