This week’s star of the show is Rue, a 5-year-old bulldog with all the charm, drama, and lovable chaos of a Broadway finale. If Moulin Rouge had a canine cast member, Rue would be front and center, stealing hearts, snacks, and your spot on the couch.

Rue loves life at full volume. Adventure? She is ready. Playtime? Absolutely. Being included in literally everything you are doing? Her specialty. This girl wants to be where her people are and also where snacks may be served.

And while she brings plenty of sparkle and personality, Ms. Rue also knows the importance of a little after-party recovery time. After a busy day of socializing and being super fabulous, she is more than happy to relax besides you and soak up some love.

Rue has shared the stage with another canine castmate before and has done well with structure, especially around mealtime. Like any true star, she prefers dining without interruptions-no paparazzi, no shared appetizers, thank you very much. With simple management, she does great. She has also done well with younger audience members and feline cast members, proving her fan club includes just about everyone.

Ms. Rue would thrive in an active home with a loyal BFF, a cuddle buddy, and an occasional snack supervisor. This girl is equal parts sweet, silly, affectionate, and unforgettable.
