Rhode Island Weather for November 13, 2025 – a “B-” Day
Morning: Rhode Island is beginning the day unseasonably mild, with temperatures around 48–50°F before sunrise. Skies are mostly cloudy, and the air feels damp but not cold.
Afternoon: Cloudy to mostly cloudy skies continue, with highs reaching 54–56°F. It will feel cool and grey, but far milder than typical mid-November. Light breeze, no major precipitation expected.
Evening: Clouds linger as temperatures fall back into the mid-40s. Cooler, but not sharply cold. Calm winds and a stable, cloudy night.
Much milder than the last several days — still grey and not very inspiring, but the warm start with decent afternoon temps.
It’s a “B-” day!
