It is what it is: July 30, 2025 – commentary with Jen Brien
by Jennifer Brien, contributing writer, commentary
Well here we are gang, another week, more madness. There never seems to be a shortage these days. I mean, every day when I wake up I wince before I hit the button that takes me to the headlines. There’s never a lull, or a break from the psychotic, chaotic madness that surrounds us daily. Not only does it stress me out, it pisses me off because everyone is literally shaming you trying to convince us all that THEIR way (whatever it may be) “is the way” and if you’re not on board you’re a racist, xenophobe or transphobic.
The truth of the matter is what we are seeing is a complete undoing of a semi rational semi cordial society, spearheaded by greedy firms like BLACK ROCK, THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY, THE DEEP STATE AND THE RACE BAITING INDUSTRY. (Race baiting industry examples = SOROS, MEDIA, BLM, THE ANTI SEMITE MOVEMENT AND THE RISE OF ISLAMIC EXTREMISM) More and more people are UNWILLING to care these days or even take notice that something is drastically wrong or “off”.
When it takes an action of the PRESIDENT to ensure women CAN WIN in women’s sports something is critically amiss. That’s just the tip of the iceberg BTW. It takes guts to face the world these days… for real. I heard a pastor say recently “the days of what we were once settled in and knew for sure are gone”. My translation to that is – we have to be adaptive in the knowing that ahead of us is literally the unknown and diabolical. When you have a generation being taught there are more than 2 genders and gender is a social construct that can bend on emotions what the hell do you expect? Buckle up folks. The times we live in are civil compared to what’s coming. Im not fear mongering I’m trying to wake you up.

Yes I have heard of Rocky Marciano! I love that you listened to it on the radio! WAY MORE EXCITING! THEATER FOR THE MIND! I fall asleep every night listening to old time radio! Right now I’m loving Sherlock Holmes but I also enjoy Richard Diamond and Fibber Mcgee and Molly! Radio is just incredible! Thanks for reading!!!!!
Hi Jen,
When I was a kid and camping out in a neighbor’s tent, we used to sneak a listen to Boxing matches. Did you ever hear of Rocky Marciano from Brockton? or Jersey Joe Walcott? or Joe Louis? And there were others, whose names escape me, made famous by boxing competitively in the Olympics. Matches were on the radio, no TV yet.

Great stuff once again. Of those old time Wrestlers I watched them all including, Haystack Calhoun 400 to 500 lbs, his favorite move was the “Big Splash” he’d launch himself into the air and land on his opponent, nobody got hurt or died from his splash, LMAO.
Not sure about following me and finding Jesus . I am not sure I know what finding Jesus means. I am NEVER mean to animals (well maybe bugs) I don’t think I am mean to people but I guess I do ignore people, or try to ignore people.
I know what my mother would have said about safe spaces!! The trans gender sports competitions should just not be – move on.
That was one of your best, Jen. Bless you!
Good as always Jen. I especially liked the “safe place” comments!
