Congressman James Langevin – “It’s time to chart a new course.”
Having served for 36 years, including 11 terms of office and 22 years in congress, Congressman Langevin announces he will “not be a candidate for elected office this November.
He announced this by posting a video on his Facebook page: (click on link under photo)
