Your RI Weather Today – Wed, Feb. 24, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A midwestern frontal system will remain well to our west for the day, but some cloud cover will invade later in the afternoon/evening. In the meantime, temps will be a bit above normal, afternoon highs in the upper 40’s approaching 50 in places, up from upper 30’s in the early morning. Winds will be shifting from westerly to southerly with some gusty conditions with the increasing cloud cover.
