Your RI Weather, Today – June 30, 2021
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
What should be the last day of our heat wave, expect more hot and humid conditions with afternoon highs peaking around 95 again, from morning lows in the upper 70’s. Dew points once again approaching the mid 70’s, so quite uncomfortable air. Winds will help just a bit, gusting towards 30 mph at times out of the southwest. The will be a weak disturbance developing to our west that will generate some evening showers inland towards evening with cloud cover moving in ahead.
