Your RI Weather Today – June 18, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure begins to retreat to the east, bringing winds around from the southwest and with them warmer but still dry air, so mugginess will not be an issue. Morning lows in the upper 50’s warm to the low 80’s by afternoon with those southwesterly breezes. Maybe a few drops after midnight in the wee Saturday morning hours ahead of a loosely put together warm front.
