Your RI Weather Today – July 5, 2021
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure builds in and helps to bring some warmer air into the area under lingering scattered cloud cover. A quick system drops in from the Great Lakes and provides the chance for some showers late in the night and early Tuesday morning. Temps a bit warmer in the filtered sun, afternoon highs in the low 70’s from morning lows in the upper 50’s with a light southerly breeze.
