Your RI Weather Today – Fri, March 5, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A cool trend over the next few days, starting with today’s afternoon highs only in the low 30’s, after morning lows in the 20’s. Winds will remain up, channeled between high pressure to our west and low pressure backtracking from the Maritimes to eastern Canada, steadily towards 20 mph with gusts around 30, similar to yesterday. No rain or snow, what with the deep dryness and lack of fuel of the airmass.
