Cool air settles in behind the reinforcing trough of low pressure with partly cloudy skies and cooler than normal temperatures. Morning and evening lows in the low 30’s surround an afternoon high in the low to mid 40’s with partly cloudy skies and northwesterly breezes gusting to 25 mph.
