A note on the vaccination card. I had my 1st shot at Walgreen’s and coming up on the 2nd. Reading a comment last week from someone who received a pharmacy shot, she didn’t get a card nor did I. I kept my pharmacy slip. She tried the State site which had no record of her getting vaccinated.
It makes me wonder if the State’s chart is really reflecting the number on one-shots and fully vaccinated.
My understanding is that CVS/Walgreen’s get a separate allotment, thus no vaccination card.
If this is the case, the Dept. of Health needs to include these shots and provide cards to the pharmacies.
I’m taking a wild guess, but I also wonder if what’s happening with pharmacy shots is happening with the city-run sites. Are they included in the DoH’s figures and do they get a CDC card?
