Ten Prime Seafood’s Paper Plane

1.5 oz Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey (or Whiskey of choice)

1 oz Aperol

.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liquor

.25 oz Lemon juice

3 Dash’s bitters

Method

Build cocktail in shaker tin, shake and strain. Serve up in coupe or martini glass, garnish with paper plane and lemon twist!
