THE FIRST-EVER FULL-SCALE ADU AT THE RHODE ISLAND HOME SHOW:

For the first time ever, the RI Home Show is featuring a full-scale ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) built INSIDE the convention center. Sponsored by Coastal Modular Homes of Rhode Island, this state-of-the-art Accessory Dwelling Unit showcases how compact living can be both functional and luxurious. Whether you’re considering an ADU as a rental opportunity, guest house, or private retreat for a family member, this immersive experience provides hands-on insights, expert consultations, and a firsthand look at the future of modern ADU living. And, with RI laws now allowing ADU’s throughout the State, there couldn’t be a better time to learn about these modern living adaptations by attending the RI Home Show!

Here is a Q and A on ADU construction:

THE RHODE ISLAND SPECIALTY FLOWER SHOW:

A visitor favorite, the RI Specialty Flower Show is a spectacular floral celebration brought to life by the RI Federation of Garden Clubs (RIFGC). This year’s theme, “Dance Through Design” honors the rich heritage, artistry, and landscapes of Rhode Island. With award-winning floral designers from across New England, this specialty Flower Show is filled with inspiration and fun – the RIFGC does it again!  Don’t miss soaking in an incredible 48 designs as they perfectly interpret all things dance, exploring the versatility and cultural diversity through the artistry of floral design.
