ABOUT BELLINI BY IGNAZIO CIPRIANI

The contemporary Italian restaurant, inspired by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani’s extensive travels throughout Italy, features a range of recipes from different regions of the European country. This is the third Bellini Restaurant & Bar to open its doors, after New York Seaport district and Miami Coconut Grove. The atmosphere is approachable, fun and inviting, without compromising the level of service. A cozy bar area adorned with cherry blossom branches introduces a warm, intimate space.

A nod to the classic cocktail invented in Venice by Ignazio’s great grandfather in 1948, soft light hues are strewn throughout, found on the onyx bar accents and the seating upholstery. High-gloss teak paneling surrounds the dining room and the beige travertine floor. Solimene ceramic plates decorated with hand-painted peaches and grapes serve dishes such as tagliolini with zucchini and scampi, straccetti with rosemary, and raw seafood platters.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to guests and locals alike, and is open every day from 7 AM to 11 PM.
