The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) wants to know how satisfied customers are with the services it provides.

The transit authority is inviting community groups to take its eighth, annual online Customer Satisfaction Survey available on the RIPTA website through Sunday, April 15, 2020.
