Support for you at this unprecedented time…
People are struggling with their mental health in isolation – which is a breeding ground for psychological issues when the mind is not distracted. It’s a very scary time. I’ve seen an increase in panic attacks, generalized anxiety and depression, along with an exponential increase in depression.” I am also hearing from those overwhelmed with children learning at home while parents are working at home.
Given the unprecedented situation we face, along with the anecdotal evidence on the increase of sadness, depression, anxiety and particularly grievers, GracePointe will join in the efforts in social solidarity while maintaining physical distance.
With that said GracePointe Grief is pleased to announce free telephone and face time support for those interested and in need. Please call 401-659-4188 for support. If you reach the voicemail, please leave your name and phone number. Your message will be returned the same day or the next day if you call in the evening.
Be Well. Mari Dias, EdD, FT, NCC, GC-C, CG-C
