RI Weekend Weather Wrap – Sat/Sun, Feb 22/23, 2020
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Saturday, 2/22/20:
A relatively cool and crisp morning will yield abundant sunshine as we head through the day, temps warming to a much more tolerable reading in the mid 40’s. Turbulent mixing of the lower atmosphere will lead to some gusty winds blustering in mainly from the west, some winter twig-fall blowing around the ground.
That’s about all there is to worry about, should be a great day!
Sunday, 2/23/20:

As good a Saturday was, Sunday looks to be an improvement! Adding another 5 degrees or so and dropping the winds will do that. Morning low in the mid 20’s on another clear and dry morning followed by afternoon highs in the low 50’s under a blue sky and very light breezes.
Can’t really complain about a weekend like this!
