RI Weather Today – Wed, Oct. 28, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A quick-hitting low pressure system races past to our south, with rain passing through in the early hours and ending around 1 or 2 pm. Cloud cover will lift and thin through the afternoon, but begin to build aloft once again ahead of the remnants of tropical storm Zeta currently over the Gulf of Mexico. Afternoon highs will be in the mid 50’s and morning lows in the mid 40’s with a light westerly breeze.
