RI Weather Today, Tues, April 28, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Much improved weather for most of the day after some early leftover drizzle and mist dims the sunrise hours. A raw and moist morning low in the upper 30s with still something of a breeze to greet the day, followed by gradual thinning and breaking of the cloud cover and some actual sightings of the sun likely by afternoon where the highs will reach into the mid 50s.
