RI Weather Today, Thursday 12/12/19:
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
High pressure settles in and anchors cold air over the region for the day. High just creeping above freezing from a morning low in the low 20’s. Winds generally light out of the northwest less than 10 mph. The only benefit from this particular high is the abundant sunshine we’ll enjoy.
