RI Weather Today, Monday 3/2/20:
By Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
High clouds ahead of a warm front that will pass through in the afternoon will thicken somewhat, but not enough to prevent some decent heating that we’ll get during the day that’ll be a pleasant improvement over the last couple of annoyingly cold days. Still a brisk morning with lows in the mid 20’s warming nicely to the low 50’s in the afternoon as a southwesterly breeze kicks up and becomes gusty. There may be a shower or two later in the evening and overnight hours, but we should remain dry for the bulk of the day.
