by Jack Donnelly, meteorologistHigh pressure in control, settling in overhead and a bit to the southeast, so winds will be lessened, out of the south in the afternoon with high cloud cover moving in later in advance of a low pressure system developing over the Ohio Valley. Expect a chilly morning low in the upper 50’s warming to the mid 70’s with a light southerly breeze.
